Production
All Exuberant jewellery is individually made, manufactured in a studio setting using natural materials such as pearls, stones, glass, wood, shells and even banksia pods. No two elements are the same in nature so that slight variations in colour, tone or even shape are bound to happen and therefore present subtle variations from the website photographs. This is especially true for enamelled jewellery.
Orders not in stock are subject to the availability of raw materials, production, and delivery schedules.
Because of the handcrafted nature of our art, current volatile metal prices and a small jewellery team, we make most our pieces to order, except One-of-a kind and Limited Edition pieces. You should count a maximum of 2 to 5 weeks lead-time depending on the complexity of the piece and your location. Shipping
Your jewellery will ship in a box made to protect it during shipping and make you joyful when you open it!
We ship to Canada, USA, European Union, Norway, Israel, UK, New Zealand and Australia. If you are in a country not on this list please enquire directly to see if something can be arranged.
You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time; however, we will provide notice of the changes applicable to you before you make your purchase
Ground shipping is free within Canada and USA for jewellery over $275. CAD All items will require customer signature upon arrival. Therefore, we do not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, FPO and APO addresses.
Within Canada, we offer free courier shipping on orders over $ 1,000 CAD for items in stock.
Pricing
All jewelry prices are shown in the currency you select however payments will be taken in Canadian dollars. All credit card payments received in any other currency will be converted automatically to Canadian dollars by the receiving bank.
All prices are subject to change without notice. A βContact usβ comment on the site indicates that it might be a longer delivery item or that some of the raw materials might not be available and a substitute might be offered. Please discuss this with us if you are interested by this piece of jewellery.
Duties and Taxes
In Canada no GST or provincial taxes will be charged.
Exuberant has no control over taxes, customs and import duties and other potential fees upon arrival in your country. Consequently, you will be responsible for any of these payments needed to collect your piece upon arrival in your country. If in doubt, we suggest that you check with your own customs office before placing your order.
Payments
By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable Taxes and other charges). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order. In the event you would like to change or update payment information associated with your account on the Site, you can do so at any time editing your payment information. If any of the items in your order are unavailable, we will charge only the prices, taxes and other applicable charges associated with the items that are included in the shipment.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible and to eliminate errors on our website; however, we do not represent or warrant that the descriptions, pricing or other information on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free in all languages offered. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly (which includes charging the correct price) or to cancel your order and refund any amount charged.
Please note that:
β’ If the correct price of an item you purchase through the Site is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
β’ If the correct price of an item you purchase through the Site is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days, we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Warranty and Returns
Before your jewellery leaves our studio it is thoroughly inspected. There is no warranty on the jewellery itself but we trust that it will stand up to normal wear. Please read the Care section of this website for details on how to look after your pieces.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your jewel and wear it with a sense of pride and joyfulness. Please use our sizing guides to ensure you are ordering the appropriate size of jewellery, In some cases, you may return your new purchase to Exuberant under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Customer Service within 5 DAYS of Delivery Receipt: To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact customer service at bijoux@exuberant.ca within 5 DAYS of delivery of your order to determine eligibility and approval for a return or exchange. Under no circumstance will a piece of jewellery be eligible for return or exchange if it has been worn. This is because normal wear of jewellery, especially high polish items presents the risk of scratches. A photo of the issue might be required. The website shows sizes and weights of all pieces, no return will be accepted based on misread information.
Scenario 1 – Accepted for Return:
A return address will be provided and an estimated time you can receive either a replacement or credit.
Shipping and insurance: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance of your return. If these are not paid at departure, they will be deducted from any applicable credit or refund.
Condition of returned Items: Returned item(s) must be without wear, unaltered, undamaged and in pristine condition.
Packaging: Returned item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
Exchange: in the case of an exchange due to sizing for example, we will endeavour to return the proper size within our usual 2 to 5 weeks and will inform you as soon as we have an estimated date of arrival.
Original Payment: Please note that all refunds will be in the original form of payment.
Scenario 2 – Not Approved for Return: Unapproved items for return will not be accepted for return under any circumstance.
Please note that we do not offer repairs. We suggest you contact a jewellery repair service in your city.
Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We require a signature upon delivery for all packages sent with insurance. Any items that are lost or stolen before signature are insured and are eligible for replacement. After signature, we are no longer liable for lost or stolen merchandise. In the event that you waive the signature requirement, the sale is deemed final, and we are not liable or responsible for replacing lost or stolen merchandise.
