Updated: September 15, 2022Your privacy is important to us.  Our website is owned and run by Catherine Skarzenski, the jewellery designer and sole owner of Exuberant, using WordPress, WooCommerce and a payment processor, Global payment. None of your data is sold or passed to third parties by Exuberant.

Some data is collected at time of purchase and retained such as your name, address, email address, phone number and payment method in order to process your order.  We might also send information emails to you about your jewellery piece or its shipping. We will not send you any emails unless you subscribe to future information mailings on the contact page to receive information about new product lines and collections.

We might also keep information about the list of pieces you have purchased and wishes, for future design development. Through analytical tools we monitor in the aggregate, not individually, the use of our website and areas most visited. Exuberant does not have visibility in your credit card numbers that are collected by the payment gateway: Global Payments following PCI-DSS requirements.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.   Our site is SSL encrypted for better online protection.  All internet communication is however subject to potential security breaches from third party access which is not under our control.

For the purposes of accurately loading our website on your device or to perform analytics, such as website usage and optimization, our own computing devices might automatically collect information such as the version of your web browser, what type of device you are using (computer, tablet or phone), IP address and time zone.

You have the right to request that this information be corrected or deleted at any time and at no cost once our transaction has been completed
